Maximize the Return on Investment for Salesforce customers by providing project outcomes and continuous improvement to existing systems & processes.
Help customers address challenges in user adoption by taking a holistic and value-based approach to customer engagements.
Extend a connected and unified Customer Experience leveraging Salesforce best practices & CRMIT’s assets and IP.
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for acquiring net new customers for CRMIT Services (Including Salesforce, Analytics and MuleSoft).
Engage with C-level executives to understand business challenges and establishing a trusted relationship across all levels within a customer.
Partner with relevant Salesforce sales/presales/services teams to jointly identify and work on new customer opportunities and engagements.
Develop the ANZ sales strategy and provide accurate sales and revenue forecasting and engage with customers and prospects from initial customer contract through to project delivery and managed services engagements.
Possess and apply a broad understanding of the Salesforce value proposition across relevant market segments.
Provide input to the ANZ marketing strategy and facilitate marketing events and presentations.
Desired skills and experience
Experience as a Sales Director in technology services ideally within Salesforce eco-system and/or experience selling and delivering professional services outcomes to commercial and enterprise customers.
Experience working with Salesforce Sales and Go-To-Market teams and closing deals.
Experience in selling in one or more of the verticals - Manufacturing, Healthcare, Financial services. Good understanding of the industry Trends, Challenges and related value drivers and possessing the ability to link strategic goals of the customers to technology solutions.
In depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the Salesforce consulting space
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex customer requirements into commercial proposals.
