CRMIT Solutions have been upgraded to the Salesforce SUMMIT Consulting Partner. The elevation in the partnership reflects CRMIT Solutions rapidly increasing expertise in Customer360 solutions and managed services for Salesforce customers.

The SUMMIT (earlier known as Platinum) is the highest tier within the Salesforce Navigator Program. Navigator is a foundational part of the Consulting Partner Program that leverages objective data to help customers find partners with the right skills to extend Salesforce solutions. 

The Navigator program rates partner product and industry expertise based on

  • Knowledge [Measured by the number of credentials] The technical understanding of Salesforce products and their applications, configurations, and administration.
  •  Experience [Measured by completed projects]. The accrued experience from implementing Salesforce products in different environments and with different customers.
  • Quality [Measured by the CSAT scores] The consistency with which partners are able to deliver customer success.
