As the Head of Global Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and onboard key talents across global campuses including Australia, India and USA.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Employer Branding: Enhance and promote CRMIT Solutions' employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various executive search and sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and industry events, to build a robust talent pipeline.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and seamless candidate experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
